How old is everyone here. Who's the youngest, and who's the oldest Beatles fan? I'll start, I'm 17.

Is Paul really dead? Find out at http://www.pid.aboveme.com

I still have all of the Beatles vinyl lps and many of the singles (some with picture sleeves) that I personally bought when I was a kid. If only my mom didn't throw away my baseball cards........my Beatle cards from the 60's are also gone unfortunately.

As I stated in an earlier post; all Beatle fans are ageless. But if you insist on pressing the issue; http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/rolleyes.gif I'll be 42 come October.
I still have all of my vinyls (LPs and 45s) plus (here comes the age thing again) 8-TRACKS!!!
For the younger crowd reading this; an 8-Track is an overgrown cassette tape that went the way of the Dodo bird sometime back in the late '70s.
For the older generation; yes I can still play them. But the sound quality just doesn't compare with CDs. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/cool.gif

I'm proud & happy to admit to being 51! It has its advantages, though, like having seen the Beatles perform in person and possessing a huge variety of memorabilia from the days of Beatlemania. It's also terrific corresponding with all of you. Age, after all, is just a number!

Andrea - I'm better now, in some ways I think 29 is worse than 30. At 29 you feel like you're holding on to your youth or something, I know 30 isn't that bad now that I've had time to deal with it. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/grin.gif

Hi, Lovely Rita, you should be proud to be 14... most of us were 14 once, and some of us will be soon (some of us wish we were going to be 14 again, LOL!)

There's something special about the teenage years, and one of the best things is you have the advantage of having computers so early on in life (and, of course, the seasoned thoughts and opinions of us older Beatlefreaks http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif )

Hey everyone..thanx for the support. I was really afraid that people on this site would underestimate me because of my age. I'm glad that that is untrue! And, Penny, not to burst your bubble, but I think the driving law has been changed. So, if you weren't born in 1985, you can't drive until you are 21 http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/frown.gif

The legal age for what, This/That? You can certainly now perform certain actions without parental supervision, you may marry without parental consent, you may join the service, you may purchase a vehicle or cigarettes or cigars or contract a lease for an apartment... but you cannot drink, nay you may not even purchase alcoholic beverages... Are our laws screwy or what?

I'm 27, and have been a Beatles fanatic since I was about 12 or 13.

I was crying right along with the girls in the audience!

49. Looking forward to the end of adolescence.

Adam Faith once said something like: "Everyone thinks they grew up at the the best time ever. The difference is, we were right."

I'll be 43 next month, I cannot believe it! My first album was the "Blue" greatest hits and I played it to death. I think my favorite track was "Penny Lane" it just made me feel better.

When I was a kid my cousin had a copy of Let It Be and I thought that was the coolest album.

I'll be 52 this year. I also was watching the Ed Sullivan show in 64 but with a coat hanger sticking out of the top of the black and white tv (really).
Don't know what I want to be when I grow up.

I don't want to burst the bubble here, but as there is another, far more recent topic just like this one that has been going on for a while over in Here There and Everywhere (and it didn't get brought up from four years ago), I'm going to close this one and redirect people over there.

Oh, and for the record, I'm 42, I'll be 43 in October. images/icons/wink.gif
