Rome - French actress Annie Girardot has died at the age of 79; she had been suffering from Alzheimers since 2006 . The actress died this morning at the Lariboisiere Hospital in Paris. In 1962 she had married italian actor Renato Salvatori who co-starred with her in "Rocco e i suoi fratelli". Their daughter Giulia was born in Rome on July 4th 1962 .
