Heather Mills takes credit for Beatles iTunes deal
http://blog.seattlepi.com/people/archives/230805.asp
Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills is adamant she is to thank for the Beatles' tracks finally becoming available online - insisting she "organized it all."
Executives at music label EMI, the company that owns the Beatles recordings, have long been in talks with surviving band members McCartney and Ringo Starr to put the Fab Four's back catalog on the iTunes digital store.
The band's music was launched on the Internet last month and proved a big hit with more than two million songs and over 450,000 albums sold in the first week alone.
Mills, who divorced McCartney in 2008 with a $38.9 million payout, is adamant the deal only happened because of her help setting up the deal with Apple boss Steve Jobs - but she has decided against taking legal action in a bid for compensation.
She tells Britain's Daily Mail, "iTunes? I organized it all with Steve Jobs. But there's no way I'm going back to court for more money. It was all settled at the time and that's it."

Hey, what's Heather doing out of Red Rose? She's not BEATLES news whatever she says. Can't have her running loose all over the forum, now, can we?

Way to go Heather :wave1:
This shows that all these people including people here who knew exactly that she was only after money are again proven wrong :laugh5:

While she's at it she can also stop world hunger, end poverty, cure AIDs/HIV, pay off global debt, end the war in Afghanistan, stop pollution, and fix our energy crisis.

She's done it all! We should just thank her for the creation of the earth, their births, their forming a band and success, and all of the other great things you all have listed. Hah...what a joke she is. The only thing I love about that woman is that we don't have to make her look like a fool---she does it to herself repeatedly, and she just did once again!

:laugh5:Shut up? :devious:
I feel a bit sorry for her, as those who calls her a mythomaniac seems to have pegged her right. There can be little or no other adequate reason for the things she says. Better for her if the media left her alone to cope with her delusions.

I think it was just Steve Jobs and partly Yoko Ono for John's work.
