You have to sugn up with Netscape(free though),but get GifLube-it makes your .jpgs up to 90% smaller.(not in pixels but in bytes,i.e. a 150x150 .jpg which is 15000 bytes can be lowered to 1750 or so bytes and look the same.It will still be 150 x 150).
