Others include James Bond, The Beatles, Lord Nelson, Shakespeare and TV’s Little Britain duo David Walliams and Matt Lucas.

Prince Charles, Margaret Thatcher, Noddy and Concorde are also there.

The figures took 13 people 15 days to build, using more than 500 tonnes of sand sprayed with glue.

Former world sand sculpture champion Nicola Wood, from Leicester, who made a Dylan Thomas exhibit, said: ‘I’m really pleased by how it all turned out.’

Aww, no picture of the Beatles one. Although can you really call it immortalized when sand sculptures aren't permanent? :wink3:
