Lost And Found: The story behind this album is told in the booklet that goes with the CD set. What I understood is that Ringo's producer Chips Moman wanted to make some money out of an album that wasn't finished yet. Well...Ringo was right! The songs are dull and not worth to be listened to very often. 'Ringo in court' is the nicest track on this CD.
CD 1: The Memphis Unreleased 1987 Album
CONTENTS:
I've Changed My Mind - I Can Help - You Better Move On - Hard Times - Wish I Knew Now (What I Knew Then - Hard Times (rehearsals)- Studio talk - Ringo in court
CD 2: Cloud 9 Rough Mixes
CONTENTS:
Got My Mind Set On You - Cloud 9 - This Is Love - Fish On The Sand - That's What It Takes - Devil's Radio - When We Was Fab
These 7 tracks are taken from a cassette tape which belonged to Mo Ostin. Some versions of 'Cloud 9' songs that are hardly different and two with some differences.

I seem to recall that "I Can Help" is not really a Ringo song. Although it appears on many of his bootlegs. Any help on this?

Some more about Overexposed And Hypnotised:
It comes from the April 6, 1992 concert for the benefit of the Natural Law Party, in the Royal Albert Hall.
There were two days of rehearsals, at the Shepperton Film Studios on April 4 and 5. Most of the musicians were from the just finished Japan tour, however Mike Campbell (Tom Petty's Heartbreakers) replaced Eric Clapton and Nathan East (bass) was replaced by a Will Lee.
Gary Moore did the solo on While My Guitar.., while Joe Walsh (Eagles, Ringo) and Dhani did guitars on Roll Over Beethoven.
Ringo did drums on While My Guitar and Roll Over Beethoven.
There were small opening sets by Joe Wals and Gary Moore, introduced by George.
I have a different bootleg of the same show, called HARI & THE HIJACK BAND, there is even another bootleg - the same content - called "Have My Love"
Here is the disk cover
http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~garp/hari/pic/641992.jpg
Both bootlegs have a different audience tape as its source and some unique elements of the show.
It was actually the one and only full concert of George ever in the UK.
A small promo of the band rehearsing "Taxman" and a brief interview with George, was distributed to news agencies.
George said: I am performing in this concert to support the Natural Law Party. I will vote on this party because I want a total change and not just a choise between left and right. The system we now have is obsolete and is not fullfilling the needs of the people. Times have changed and we need a new approach. I believe this party offers the only option to get out of our problems and create the beautiful nation we would all like to have. The General Election should be a celebration of democracy and our right to vote. The NLP is turning this election in to a wonderful national celebration and I am with them all the way"
About the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi - who is the one behind this party - George added; "Maharishi only ever did good for us, and although I have not been with him phisically, I never left him" graemlins/smile1.gif
Hari and the Hijack Band has on it;
