FPSHOT migh know more about the song, but it's not a Beatle song, a Bee Gee might or might not be involved.
More info on the record you can find on this site
http://www.fsinet.or.jp/~wings/beatlesLP.htm
It's a live bootleg from one of the concerts in Japan.

For what it's worth, there is a 1969 song called "Have you heard the word" on which Maurice Gibb does backing vocals
On a very good Bee Gees site it says
HAVE YOU HEARD THE WORD [or THE WORD]
writers: Steve Kipner, Steve Groves (1969)
recorded 6 August 1969, IBC Studios, London
lead vocal Kipner, Groves, Maurice Gibb
mono single Have you heard the word
Bootlegged many times as a Beatles song, but it is not.
