I would not say that any rule has been broken but with Perhap's reply I think we can close this now, and if anything strange with the Pm's should happen in the future I think it's better to ask a question about it in the Tell My Why forum.

The user is actually called "perhaps", hence the thread is For the Attention of Perhaps. I only posted it because i had a wierd delay with the last Private Message i sent.
