Question about Pirate Song CD

Thank you.<font size="2" face="Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif">Taxman, I can assure you ringo_rama is wrong here. The version of Bangla Desh on Pirate Songs is an "alternate mix". It is different from the commercial versions as found on the single, and Best of album.

graemlins/images/icons/confused.gif I've got all of them (Pirate Songs, Best of GH, and the single) and all sound the same. Of course, there are different boots with the title Pirate Songs.

I never noticed the diference between the versions, but then I never really compared, but it is supose to be an alternate mix.

I have the Pirate Songs bootleg with booklet and the booklet says

'Alternate Mix. Commercial version, released in US on 7/28/71'

I have a pretty good ear for Harrisongs and yes it does sound different, even kinda mono like.
