Can anyone help me with a few questions I have.

How do I put mp3 files and album covers for other people to download from my eblog site
And does anyone know how I could at a cheap price or even free if able be able to burn my dvds onto my computer or my ebook so I could play them on my ipod and sell the dvd collection.
