I would avoid this site--it's infuriating. When you try to download anything, you have nothing but full page ads popping up--20 pages worth. They have alot of cool stuff but nothing you can't find elsewhere.

I don't have such problems, unless you mean the files that are hosted on megaupload and you get a pop up from them. I don't see how that can be avoided files are mostly hosted on megaupload or rapidshare. Firefox with a good ad blocker or pop up blocker helps a long way, so you can still enjoy the site.

The ones I wanted to download use Sharabee or something like that. I have a very effective pop-up blocker, but some of these sites have ads galore. Guitars101 has tons of ads with audio but at least you can download without alot of other hassle.
