A Dutch very popular journalist and TV host Paul Witteman has written a book about Classical music where he explains that unfinished music work of these composers has been torn apart.

Beethoven wrote one Violin Concert, however research shows that he actually worked on another one and wrote 52 measures/bars of a first piece, which however he did not find good enough so never finished it, but now a composer has picked that up and wrote 'the rest' and it has been performed, with different opinions afterwards.

Mozart wrote a certain requiem which he did not finish and also that one now has been finished by another composer which leaves different opinions.

The journalist who is a big admiror of Beethoven and Mozart thinks poorly about it and believes it should have been untouched, others find it awesome.

So, we are not alone :)
