I have the opportunity to buy this album and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if its worth buying.Will I here anything "new" on it?

This really belongs in the Bootleg Forum, so I will move it there.

There are actually two bootlegs with this title, volume One and Two, you can see information here.

Most is from the All Things Must Pass sesions, so it depends on what you already have, whereas many of the songs on these two bootlegs are also on other bootlegs from that period.

But, it is very good material, so in case you don't have anything from that period I would say, yes, good buy, ofcourse depending on price.

I don't have these bootleg but reading the reviews and seeing the tracklists it's not an addition if you already have "Songs For Patti" and "Beware of Abcko".
