Hello Goodbye, a very good Beatles sales site, has just released some new sales.

It includes, and I quote;

GEORGE HARRISON TRIBUTE CONCERT: 11/39/02 Royal Albert Hall in England! 2 CDRS - Very nice! Includes Paul singing For You Blue, Something, and with eric Clapton & Jeff Lynne: All Things Must Pass, While My Guitar Gently Weeps! Ringo sings Honey Don't & Photograph! Tom Petty, Joe Brown, Monty Python & more! Jeff Lynne does The Inner Light! AWESOME! $16 plus s/h

Sounds interesting. I have bought 2 video's of Hari clips and must say that the quality of that was not good.

It is a CDR.

But, I don't want to leave this news without mentioning.

Thanks, FPSHOT! That sounds interesting...and it's a decent price, too. I was thinking about getting that George tape from them as well - is it really that bad? I've never seen most of George's videos, and I really wanted to buy it.

It's not 'bad' but it's far from an original video. The picture quality is not that good. I'm happy to have it though.

Taxgirl copied them; she may give an answer about it too, I will ask her.

By copying a video you always lose some quality. The sound of the copy I made is ok, but the picture is a bit blurry sometimes and really bad at the end (the last 15 min. of the George Harrison 1974-1988 tape). Maybe FPSHOT watched it a bit too much images/icons/smile.gif
It's nice to see all those clips again and George looks and sounds so great and full of life on them!!

If you really want it EB, I think you should buy it.
At least I'm happy to have it too.

I'm not buying the Concert for George cdr though, I think I can wait for the offical cd and/or dvd.

I agree, the video is acceptable alright, good quality, however I have one with Hari clips with a better quality, so I was just comparing probably.

Thanks for the info, FPSHOT & taxgirl - I'll probably buy the tape, eventually. I have a tape of Beatles promo videos, and the quality is pretty poor, but it's better than nothing!

If only they'd offer some of these clips for sale officially - I'd buy them in a heartbeat! And the George Tribute concert as well, whenever it's released. graemlins/smile1.gif

I was discussing that with ABCKO; why no offical clip DVD's of the lads.
