How do all of you feel about them? You know, things like the Dr. Ebbetts Capitol series.
I like seeing these type of pirate/boots out there, and have burned a few CDRs of them myself.
Ones I've made are:
A Hard Day's Night(UA mono)
Something New
Beatles '65
Help! (USA Edition)
mono Sgt. Pepper
mono White Album
Hey Jude
The Beatles At The Hollywood Bowl
Love Songs
Best Of The Beatles (cancelled Japanese LP)
Beatles No. 5(Japanese)

To assemble these(and the rest of the Capitol LPs) I did many sessions on WinMX hunting the right mixes down for authenticity (i.e the fake stereo Ticket To Ride,Help! with the James Bond Theme etc.).

bitagirl, a "Fake Official Release" is a reproduction of a deleted official issue.
Also a CD boot that purports to be of the official issue's label.
