Depends on the location. I have never shipped to your location before so I can go to the post office and ask how much it'd cost.

What about to New Jersey, and what about if we buy more than one item? Sorry for asking so many questions! But I want to make sure I have enough money before I commit to buying something.

If you buy more than one item, I can just combine the shipping.

I just checked online and since you're in the Philippines, shipping would cost $12.95 via priority mail.

Shipping via priority mail would cost $13.95. I'd put both the book and phone in a large flat rate box.

The Lennon magazine + the Blackbird singing book would be $10 total and with $12.95 s&h the total would be $22.95. I'd put both books in a Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope.

I've never seen Jimmy with that guitar actually. I'll pass this photo and info along to a couple of people I know that knew Jim.

I suppose it's possible that Jimmy gave the guitar to Denny to use but I doubt it as that photo you have there was taken in 1979, two years after Jimmy left Wings. How do you know for sure that it was Jimmy's?

The only thing i know for sure is the guitar was sent to Paul McCartney and Wings in 1976 by the Ovation guitar company. The guitar has a serial number and the factory kept a log of where these 34 rare guitars went..Moving forward mid 1990's i was contacted by someone in the UK about this guitar.Being a guitar collector i bough it..Soon after a gentleman from the Uk contacted me a told me that he remembers almost buying the guitar and according to him and he is very certain it was sold after Jimmy McCulloch's passing in 1979 at an estate sale by his family im guessing..

I highly doubt that it's Jimmy's. My main reason is because as you see in that photograph, Denny has that guitar in 1979 and at the time of Jimmy's death, he has said that he was still pissed off with Jimmy over various things so it's highly unlikely that Denny would've gave the guitar back to him before J died.

update to the story.I looked at serial number list and Wings received two of these guitars.. Serial # 51 and # 57..So its possible that the one in the picture above with Denny is the other serial number..Im still confident that what the guy told me about it sold by Jimmy's estate is so..If you know someone who knew Jimmy then maybe they can confirm it..

Hi Paul,
That guitar is an Ovation Adamas. I never saw Jimmy with one or saw one in his flat.
I associate that guitar with the early eighties (when I ran a guitar shop and the Adamas was pretty new and very expensive) rather than Jimmy era Wings. I note the photo has the Laurence Juber line up of Wings with Denny holding a similar guitar. If it belonged to Jimmy, It's hard to see how it stayed with Wings after he left.
The only way to be sure would be to establish the chain of ownership - did it come from Jimmy Snr or Jack?

I think the guitar with Denny is probably the second one they sent to wings..They were both finished and shipped on 12-3-1976 from the ovation guitar factory..One was a lighter color and the other was more blue (the one i own).I beleive the one in the picture Denny is holding is the lighter color one serial number 51 .I own serial number 57..I guess the only thing for sure is that the band Wings received and owned the two guitars.Where they went from there until i bought it in the mid 1990's is a mystery? Thanks for your help with this and if you find out any more info please contact me...Sam
