The contest is in the forum Monthly Contest. Every month, Kat or Harb ask questions. Whoever gets the most right wins a free CD-R of a bootleg in Jerry's collection.

As for where you can find it, it's relatively new and a lot were made, so a lot of stores that sell bootleg CDs may have it.
