FPSHOT and I thought that it would be a good idea to start debating some bootlegs.
With Paul touring again I looked at what I've got live from Paul on boot, to compare it to what has been oficially released. One boogleg I find outstanding is "Last Flight". Live Dec. 17th 1979. During 1979 Wings did a short tour in England and Scotland. The plan was to do a world tour, but then Japan got in the way. The concert of the 17th has been recorded for posible album release, only "Coming Up" however has been oficially released as single.
On this cd you'll find the whole concert.
It's great to hear songs from "Back To The Egg" and "London Town" There's a great live version of "Getting Closer" many songs not on the oficial live cd's.
The sound quality is very good and the band is in good form and the whole set list is great to hear.
I've posted the tour dates and the songlist of the "Last Flight" bootleg on this page
http://www.home.zonnet.nl/carryingwords/lastflight.htm
You can also download the live version of "No Words" if you haven't got the bootleg already, it's a recommendation.
Feel free to share your thoughts!

Enjoying that "No Words" download. Seems to be a lovely bootleg, with precious sound. Wish they'd sell those here.

I'll be puting up a new mp3 soon. The topic about the black album give me a idea to choose a song from that bootleg. At this point I don't have much room for mp3's I also have some Moody Blues Mp3's on my homepage, and having a free provider is great in a way that I don't have to pay for the subscription, but using a dial up 56k modem? right, so once I have a different provider and a faster conection I can put up more Mp3's.

The filenames are "No Words - Livie" and "The Beatles - Stand By Me". I don't know where you saved them on your computer.
