View Full Version : Beatles and Tony Sheridan, How much???
I have been offered a 45 of The Beatles and Tony Sheridan. The 45 has a yellow cover (with a pic of the Beatles of the right hand side) and the songs...
1, My Bonnie
2, Cry For A Shadow
I can't make out the title but by the looks of the scan it says 'Roll Over Beatles' (!!)
Is ten euros a good price?
Thanks
Neil

These prices vary so much, depending on details of the single involved. Which cover, what is the state.
My guess is to have a look at e-bay and compare this offer with other offers for singles from early 60's.
Impo this should not cost much, then again, subject to details of the record. Yellow Picture makes me think of a later release.

I have two LP's, One called The Beatles First, the other I believe something like The Beatles and Tony Sheridan.
It's also on CD as I said, mostly in the Sales boxes at record stores for low prices.

An earlier CD also on the Polydor label, essentially the same bar a couple of tracks, is The Early Tapes of the Beatles/The Beatles with Tony Sheridan/Tony Sheridan and The Beat Brothers.

Don't know about the single Neil, can not say anything other then to follow FPSOT's advise to compare it with what else's round.
There are many albums cd's and Lp's with those early tapes by the Beat brothers and Tony Sheridan, released oficially and unoficially. Not all the songs has the Beatles playing on them.
The Anthology 1 release has the left and right chanels of "Ain't She Sweet" and "Cry For A Shadow" changed 'round, the Polydor releases have the right versions.
I also have the cd called The Early Tapes.
