So Starry-eyed and I were talking about this over on Facebook, where I just posted a link to my latest doodle and I talked to Rellevart there too and she said it would be alright so I decided to start a non-Beatles art gallery thread! I know I've got quite a bit of non-Beatles stuff that's pretty good and I'm sure some of the other artists around here do too. So you know, feel free to post whatever non-Beatle art you wanna show off here!

So to kick this off, here's my latest doodle, of Michael Palin as Pilate from Life of Brian:

I am especially proud of this one since it took 3 tries to get it to come out right!

Cool. You did a good job with yers too! What medium is that? Looks like you used textured paper, but maybe that's just the cross-hatch shading...

Here's some decent ones from my vast amounts of Pixar art-

Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc-

You know him, you love him, you cant live without him (well maybe you can), Buzz Lightyear-

My most favoritest (yay, grammar!) animated character ever, Doc Hudson as the Fabulous Hudson Hornet-

I used pen and ink on regular sketch book paper with the crosshatching technique yes. Those Disney characters came out great! I especially like the Buzz Lightyear.

Thanks! I'll admit it's not as good as some of the Spocks I've seen on dA, but I'm happy with it.

Cool Pottery! That's one thing I'm horrible at.

LL9, you have been blessed with real talent.

Non-Beatle art - so that explains why there aren't any pics of George Harrison! :smile1:

Love your work and respect your talent. Thanks so much for sharing these!

Well no George wouldnt be in a non-Beatle section :wink3: See, i got the idea cuz the Pixar forum I'm on has a a sub-forum for Pixar FanArt and a sub-forum for non-Pixar FanArt. So I thought it would be good to put that here.

And thanks for the compliment!
