WinMX has some interviews with George from a program called In The Studio DJ is Red Beer.

George talks about the Japan tour.

I found 4 tracks, total time approx 24 minutes, quite interesting.

It's listed in my (FPSHOT) shared files, but I will take it to Audiogalaxy soon and rename it to FPSHOT - Hari's Japan interview, part 1 etc.

The user who has this, + more interesting material, like various complete bootlegs, is sbaarq4c867d3d1a2b

Q: Does Paul still piss you off (tell us the truth)
george: Scan not a friend with a microscopic glass -- You know his faults -- Then let his foibles pass.
Old Victorian Proverb. I'm sure there's enough about me that pisses him off, but I think we have now grown old enough to realize that we're both pretty damn cute!

I haven't been able to download anything from Winmx, because almost everytime what I want to download is owned by someone who leaves right after I arrive... http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/angry2.gif But I can survive with Audiogalaxy. I hope you get the files there soon FPSHOT, and thanks. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif

George on EC on the White album;
..The next day, I happened to drive back into London with Eric and while we were in the car I suddenly said "Why don't you come and play on this track?" And he said, "Oh, I couldn't do that. The others wouldn't like it."
We'd had oboe and string players and other session people in for overdubbing, but there hadn't really been other prominent musicians on our records. So Eric was reluctant, and I finally said, "Well, sod them! It's my song and I'd like you to come down to the studio."
