There is a outtake of Woman, close to the original, but mainly guitars and John, don't know if this is a well-known one, but I just by accident found it.

It is listed at Audiogalaxy as Rolling Stones - Maggie May. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/thinker.gif It starts with accoustic Maggie May too, but then flows into Woman.

There are many outtakes from "Double Fantasy" & "Milk & Honey" many different demo's and studio versions of "Woman" to, sometimes it's dificult to hear the diference between one studio take and another, with some takes missing overdubs etc.
I have few versions of "Woman" sounding close to the album version but missing overdubs, but none which starts with "Maggie May".However also from 1980 I have an short acoustic version of "Maggie May". So I wonder if it's the same, and it belongs before a version of "Woman" of is someone just put it together with "Woman".

I also have several versions of Woman. I remember a few acoustic demos, probably done in Bermuda? There are also various studio outtakes, including a few where John's vocals are mixed much louder than the rest of the band.

OK, it's clear that I am not yet well informed about the Lennon outtakes. Will upgrade my knowledge.
