The version from 12 Arnold grove is a live version, and I believe it's a different one then the one you have FPSHOT, it doesn't have Bob on vocals.
It is recorded live at Madison Square Garden on October 16, 1992 as part of Columbia Records Bob Dylan's 30 years anniversary celebration. The introduction is by Chrissie Hynde, the backing by Booker T and the MG's with Jim Keltner on drums.
Also at that show and on 12 Arnold Grove is "Absolutely Sweet Marie".
Did I emailed you the track list of Arnold Grove to you FPSHOT? Believe I did, tho I'm not sure.

Legs, that's right, I have that version too, the live one where she announces him as another hero and refers to Hari Krishna etc.
I also got the original track that Bob recorded and it is pretty different as well.
So, in that case I must have a very rare bootleg. I got it from Audiogalaxy, look under title or at Traveling Wilburys. It is there under various names.

Anyone got this bootleg?
It has a version of If Not For You.
Now, I found a recording of Dylan and George doing a modern version of this song. It has Bob on vocals and mouth organ only and George doing slide guitar. Bass also and accoustic guitar. It is listed as a Wilbury song.
So, my question is; is it from Arnold Grove?

I think I have found it.
It is probably from the recordings George joined for Bob's album New Morning.
May 1, 1970, George joined Bob in NYC with Charlie Daniels on bass, Ross Kunkel drums and Bob Johnston piano.
This is the session where they also did Working on the guru, yesterday, Mama you've been on my mind, Just like Tom Thumbs blues, Da doo run run, Cupid, All I have to do is dream, Gates of Eden, I threw it all away, Matchbox, Your true love Rainy day woman, tracks which have appeared on bootlegs too I guess but may be known to downloaders.
If not for you is on a bootleg called Bod Dylan's The Bootleg Series Volume 1-3. In order not to upset Apple George's appearance at this session is not logged in the CBS recording contracts.
OK learned something new again today.

Some aditional info I just found, so many magazines and books to go through, but hey can't complain!
A version of "If Not For You" with Bob Dylan singing and George Harrison playing slide can be found on the "Travelling Wilburys volume 4" bootleg, it's also officially released on "Dylans Bootleg Series".
This version was recorded May 1, 1970 Nashville, for Bob's "Self Portrait" album.
They also did "When everybody is coming to town" and "I'd have you anytime".
