... by any of the Beatles where they're talking about bootlegs, their views/opinions on bootlegs and other unreleased recordings, if they're collecting bootlegs, which bootlegs they own, which bootlegs they're listening to (if any), etc etc etc

I'm looking more particularly for an interview of John during the promo of Walls & Bridges (open-end interview) in which he says that he's collecting bootlegs, pay assistants to hunt and buy bootlegs in beatles fairs etc etc ..

If you can help please contact me: beatleg@easynet.be

Thanks !

I know one of John's favourite bootlegs was Stars Of '63 (Swingin' Pig TSP-CD-005), which contains some early live Beatles with a kick to it. It was recorded for the Swedish radio program "Pop '63" in October of 1963. This concert has been around since the 1970's, and since that time has appeared in excellent quality on the vinyl bootleg "Airtime" (Subway Records MX4729), and in superb quality on the CD from Swingin' Pig.
