I'm rather new at Napster. How do you get these Tim, just look under Beatles?

I got a great version of George doing It don't come easy of Nepstar, which is close to the version Ringo recorded. On another bootleg which I have, the recording is different.

Under artist Beatles

For Get Back I typed for title "Glyn Johns"
You can get outtakes usually either by song title, just "take" or song title + Take.
The Meet the Beatles and Beatles Second Album I typed the LP name for title. The mono Pepper mono.
The concerts I typed the name of the concert.

The best Beatles stuff that I have found on Napster I have got by doing a search under "Beatles" for artist and "bootlegs" for title.
Depending on what time I have done it, I have found lots and lots of out-takes and other little gems that I wouldn't want to be without.

Lucy,
I do that at times--how I found All Around the Wireless Machine. But for specific items ,such as the Christmas album,it is better to be specific on that.

When I'm looking for something specific, of course I'll type in the exact title or whatever. I wouldn't have a hope of finding it otherwise.
Other times, though, I might not be looking for anything in particular and that is what I might search under when I'm doing some random song-hunting.

It really got me on the way Tim, because in fact it is so easy after having read your suggestions and now indeed I get to bootlegs separate whereas I thought when typing just Beatles I would end up with having all of them.

So, now I know that, I know how to handle that and how to figure out the various options.

Thanks.

If you have a cd writer, you can save the mp3s on a cd and you can also make your own bootleg cd http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif

I know, that's why I have the thing. And I can make my on compilation CD's. And maybe I'll sell them.
