When was this recorded-I see nothing in Sessions about it.

I have an mp3 of it-it is the Beatles.
Found it on Napster.

That was definitely from the 'Get Back/Let It Be' sessions, recorded in January 1969. I could tell you the exact date, but my books are all boxed up for the time being.
