I bought another pair of Levis on Saturday... I mentioned it in passing, to my mother, in a phone call....

"Aren't you getting a bit old for Levi's?" she said...

Spitting blood, here... after all - the bad arithmeticians on this board know for a FACT that I am only 29 (or was it 27?)
:cry3::cry3::cry3:

When are you too old for Levis, anyway?

I didn't know there was an age limit to Levi's. It's not like buying Osh Kosh B'osh or Guess.

There shouldn't be an age limit to jeans, that's just silly. I am sure I coudl find many pics of George even in the last years where he is in jeans. And George is the only trendsetter that matters, of course. :angel4:

That's ridiculous, I know plenty of people in their 60's and 70's who wear jeans. They're ageless and timeless!

Nothing wrong with wearing jeans at any age, they can be casual or dressed up with a nice top or a jacket! :teeth1:

As long as you find them comfortable, you should wear jeans - my dad is 75 and likes to wear jeans.

Oh, good grief! You're never too old for Levis, for crying out loud! Levis are timeless! Geez--what a thing to say! I say where them as long as they're still comfortable. This reminds me of when my best friend congratulated me on choosing my first automatic drive car. She said I was getting too old to drive around a stick shift. Some friend, huh? :rolleyes: I almost took the car back, just to spite her! :laugh5:

George Harrison looked mighty fine to me
in those trousers. He'd make a good ad
man for the product.

I suppose it's better than wearing your pants all the way up to your armpits. Complete with white shoes and black socks.

I don't think you can ever be too old to wear Levis. Heck you can even die of old age and be buried in them.

Then again you don't see too many 80 and above year old men or women wearing them. :thinker:

http://msnbcmedia4.msn.com/j/ap/6701b2ec-f4a3-4924-8c23-59c0c0089221.hmedium.jpg I never cared for that style. It just looks like they don't know how to pull their legs up.

:laugh2:

It's the opposite to high waters! When the pants are too high up, it looks like they need to pull their socks up! :laugh4:
