I was wondering if anyone has all of the eppys of the Beatles Saturday Morning cartoon. Or if they know where to get them. I want to see it, even if it isn't the Beatles voices

This/That, I have been wanting to see them too. I'm keeping my eyes peeled on Nick at Nite and TV Land, because they sometimes play old cartoons.

I saw a set of them in a Movies Unlimited Catalog a long, long time ago. You may want to give them a try...

I bought a bootleg copy last year and I've got to be honest, they are kind of cute but not nearly as good as I remembered them as a kid watching them on tv Saturday mornings.
Try ebay.

I don't recall exactly what year, but I'm a couple of years younger than you and that probably made the difference. In 65 I was 13. It must have been around that time. I used to get with my Beatle friend and watch together and thought their "adventures" were cool. I still like the way they look in that animation, though.

jtal: What year did the cartoon series debut? I watched because I felt I had to, but I don't remember actually enjoying much of it.

I was guessing as to when it came out and might be wrong. But I did used to look forward to Sat mornings. At that age, 3 years is a long time.

True. In 1965 I was 16 and beginning to feel quite "sophisticated," if you know what I mean. I watched the cartoons alone. In fact, I think many of my friends did the same! If I remember correctly, there were only a few actors providing the voices. The accent seemed a bit overdone, too. You know, I really thought the series came out later than '65. Thanks for the information.

I remember seeing them 78/79(pre VCR) on a local Detroit station but titles(opening and closing) were cut out.
