Andy Warhol took this one with his Poloroid and it's included in the "Andy Warhol Diaries" some years back. Think it's about 1977 or so...not sure of the date.

Ringo had just gotten out of the hospital from having his intestenes removed, so that is why Ringo isn't looking his best.
