On 30 August both Phill Hill, 1961 F1 World Champions and pro wrestler Killer Kowalski passed away. Both were 81.

Oh, noooo.... I love Killer Kowalski. :sad1: I was always so proud of him. He was Polish and vegetarian. He had a heart of pure gold. Such an amazing soul. He will be missed... the world is a much richer place for having him on the planet. God bless you, Killer. You're one class act.

Phil Hill was always ambivalent about winning his F1 title because his team mate and title rival, Wolfgang Von Trips died in a crash at Monza, leaving Hill free to win.

RIP Phil

You're very welcome. Yes, I know what you mean~ his name implies this violence, but that was just that silly bravado for his profession. What a sweet soul... :) Glad you liked it!

Let's sadly add the name Richard Wright, founding member of Pink Floyd to the list. He was 65. :cry5:
