I was just wondering if the film "Two of Us", which shows a fictional meeting by paul & john, will ever be shown in the UK, or if anyone knows where i could get it on DVD or Video?

You may get more of a responce in the "Act Naturally" forum.
I only have the movie because I taped it off the television. Try checking out the network that produced it.

I didn't find where you could buy it but I did see an ad for renting it, so you must be able to buy it somewhere.

They actually aired the movie today on VH1. I was lucky enough to just fall upon it. (Same thing happened with HOW I WON THE WAR the other day. I'm starting to get a little spooked. LOL.)
Anyways, I checked out Amazon, and they said the DVD will be released Januray 21, 2003. images/icons/smile.gif

Yeah, I caught a bit of it today as well. You should usually check VH1.com because sometimes they air the past movies they've made.

Hi there! I just received this bit of info in an e-mail and remember that you were looking for it. Hope it can help you out! :
DVD releases set for January include the release of The Magic Christian with Ringo Starr and Peter Sellers and Two of Us, the VH1 television movie about John and Paul getting together in New York City in the 1970s. Both DVDs will be released on January 21. For more information on ordering these two DVDs, click the link below:

You now the scene in that movie that really made me LOL was at the very end (at least, I think it was the end, I haven't seen the flick in too long!)
Anyway, it is when I think Paul is either arriving or about to leave. John is off somewhere, out of eyeshot, and in complete disregard for the Lennon house rules about no shoes on the carpet, Paul smushes the toe of his wingtip shoe ever so slightly into the burbur carpet. What a scene, and the glint in the eye that Aiden Quinn gave his character has made me think that, perhaps, Paul might just have done the same thing.
Another good scene is when they are sitting in the bar talking. It really tried to capture the love and the angst between the two. Even a fictional account, as this movie was, is interesting where The Beatles, or even two Beatles, are concerned.
