What are some of your most...memorable dreams?
I had one a few nights ago, kinda strange...this evil two-legged cat, wearing a dress, was chasing me down the street. And Benmont Tench -- he plays piano in Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers -- saved me. And we did X-rated things in an alley. :laugh5: :bigeyes3:

I seldom remember dreams but I had a doozie a couple nights ago. I dreamt that I had my dented fender fixed and it came back all ugly and pimped out. Like I somehow got on that show "Pimp My Ride". It was hideous looking! Red and white and with those stupid blinds (or whatever they are) on the headlights. Really dumb! I remember being really pissed in my dream. :devil7: <---borrowing GG's smilie. lol

I once had a dream that Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers were having a concert in the middle of the Daily News office. Among all the computers and old papers.
And a year or two ago, I dreamed about thousands of wild turkeys running down the street.

I have this recurring dream sometimes that I'm at this park in Ontario I love.(its in the Niagara region, and you can even see the American side of the Niagara river from it)
However in the dream the place always is absurdly different. Either it has become a sprawling poluted city area, a carnival, a cemetary, or an animated robot statue thing...
Its a very annoying dream.
On Christmas night I dreamed that for some reason I took the guitar I just got to school and a big chunk of it somehow broke off...
Sometimes I'll have dreams where what I'm dreaming about actually becomes real in the future. I dreamt in the summer (after my dad suggested I learn the guitar, but before I actually decided I would) that a weird dream version of my dad (who didn't really seem like my dad as I was dreaming but looking back now I think it must've been him) gave me an electric guitar that I just loved and all I could say was "I can't play I can't play!!!" And that dream has sort of come true because now at Christmas my dad gave me an electric guitar that I've been wishing for because he's proud of my progress (even though I don't think I can play quite good enough yet for this beautiful guitar).

i had a dream years ago that was so funny,i woke up laughing:
i was sleeping on the couch on a summer night and just as the morning
had started getting bright,i was fully into REM sleep when the dream was
getting good.the dream was about my youngest sister at an award
ceremony for her Brownie troop.she was getting a special honor medal for
5 years in the troop.my younger brother and i were messing with the wires
to the PA system before the ceremony began,in an effort to make fun of her
during her acceptance speech.when she stepped up to the mic,the chaos
soon began.she said something about learning 12 different languages and
everytime she said a language,my brother would say "meow" into a mic he
installed.the audience was laughing so hard,i had to laugh too.when i woke
up,i kept hearing "meow, meow",so i got up from the couch and there was
my sister's cat at the front door, crying to be let in.i told my sister about the
dream later that day and she laughed so much,i thought she would pee her
pants!i still mention it to her when she's in a really bad mood and it helps her
forget what's bothering her.

I dreamed that Rell, another Fester (I want to say Pam), and I were in a Beatley place on the top floor of a fairly large building. Someone came in and said we had to leave because the building was suddenly unstable. Just as we were leaving, my estranged brother arrived and we exchanged Christmas presents. :afraid2:

I had a really nice dream. I dreamed I got an expanded version of Anthology 1 dvd, and it had home movies on it of George as a little boy, like preschool age. Somebody had picked him up and was telling him to wave to the camera! :laugh5: There was also footage of him at around 13 or 14 looking all tough in a tshirt and jeans with his buddies! :cool4:

GGirl, you've outdone Cloud with your George dreams. When George was 13-14, his beautiful hair was just starting to come in thick and wavy, thanks to Harold, Sr. I think we ought to propose a toast to Harold, Sr. for passing the wavy hair onto George!
Cloud, as delightful as many found your dream, I think GGirl has given you a subconscious run for your money.

Was it Lou telling George to smile and wave at the camera? George was such an intense kid!
GGirl, I have to admit it. Cloud can hand her dream crown to you. Your George dreams are delightful. Remember the picture of George, then 15 taken at his first dance in 1958 and his head was covered in a riot of soft, brown waves? Harold Sr. had an oval follicular trait that was resurfacing in George!
George as a wavy haired teen never looked tough to me, although I think he wished in his teen heart that he gave off a tough aura like his friend John!

George don't look like no deer! He looks like a fab-to-be at age 17. You could, by that time see how fine he was becoming!
He looked like a future sexpot, a boy teetering on the edge of manhood.
As a young boy, George did not look like he would become the sexpot he later became. One did not look at Lil' George and think of what a knockout he'd become as a man. We all know that full-grown George was fab and fine!
GGirl, get some sleep. You might have another one sweet dream about George. :smile1:

I had the most bizarre dream during my afternoon nap. I can't even begin to go into all of the little details of it that were so, so, SO WEIRD. I woke up utterly confused. Here's the gist:
My cousin, my aunt, my grandma, my boyfriend and I were somehow stuck in what was Germany during WWII, except that the Nazis were American baseball players and the Jews were Avant-garde artists with rainbow colored hair. And they were warring it out on the streets... There was no military. The baseball players, by the way, were roughly 20 ft. tall and walked around swinging baseball bats the size of people.
My grandmother's house (which is in Indiana) was situated in Germany as well, though my aunt, cousin, boyfriend, and I were holed up in an abandoned luxury hotel and were unable to leave. My boyfriend and I got married (my aunt officiated), but I was unhealthy for some reason had forgotten about the entire ceremony... Keeping in mind that all of this must have occurred in the 1940s, after I was informed by my relatives that I was married I was suddenly desperate to get on both Myspace and Facebook to change my relationship status. When I realized that this was impossible, I decided to venture onto the streets and tell the 20 ft. tall baseball players that I was now a married woman. I did not have a wedding ring, so they all laughed and did not believe me.
I almost got run over by someone on a motorbike. The artists with rainbow-colored hair were having orgies across the street from the baseball players, who were having batting practice.
And I woke up to pin pricks in my arm from cutting off the circulation, and the persisting desire to get online and change my relationship status.
I normally don't remember or record my dreams, but this one was just too bizarre to pass up...

Last night I dreamed an internet friend of mine turned into a dog at the mall.
There was something going on, with carnival rides in the parking lot and a flea market inside. My mom gave me some money to go on the ride, but instead I went to the flea market and bought a bunch of songbooks. Then my friend-dog ran by and I went into a store, grabbed some dog treats to lure her back. Then I woke up.

You're free to dream about George ANYTIME, Cloud, it's very
therapeutic! I had my George dream during a bad time, and I
started my day with a much brighter outlook, though I don't
know why. I also dreamed about retro kitchens that same night. :thinker:
Yesterday, I had my first Jim dream: He was about to get an agent
who I knew was no good for him, and I told him so. I don't know
where I got my information, but he listened to me, and didn't sign
with him. Now, if I had been around him back in the day and he
took my advice on everything, I could have saved him a lot of trouble.

....
John!
John!
John!
John, it was John!
Okay,
I dreamt I was working in the supermarket where I work part-time in real life. John and Yoko came. (And boy, did they know how to shop.) Yoko was calm and nice, John kept bouncing back to the shelves to get more stuff. After a while one of my co-workers said something (don't remember what exactly) that made John and I exchange brief smiles. Which was very nice. Finally, finally I was actually looking directly at him and talking to him (about the price of cocktail sticks but still! :laugh5:) .....and I woke up.
....You know what's kind of ironic?
What woke me up? Very abruptly and mid-convo with John? My alarm clock. My alarm clock that plays Instant Karma. John woke me up from my John dream.
.................
Anyway, good to see ya, John.
I believe, yes I believe. More I cannot say.
