Maybe it's "Come Back Melly" or something like that. The girl that left home and inspired "She's Leaving Home" was called Melanie Coe. Just a suggestion.

Clark may have the right answer with his post. "Milly" could have been a nickname given Melanie Coe by her parents or friends.
