Daniel Powter anyone?

Is anyone here playing Daniel Powter's music? Sometimes his name is written as Powder but that's wrong...

I happened to hear his "Jimmy Gets High" last week and was just totally taken by his sound... so I got hold of his music and very much love it.

He is from British Columbia and when you see him with his cap he could be mixed a bit with this Alain Clark (of who I thought was the old Hollies singer till I saw and heard him lol)

But his music grabs me... he has an amazing voice with quite some falcetto.. but apart from that his music just sounds fresh and my cup of tea.

My favorites for the moment are

"Lie To Me" is just absolute class to my ears... it builds up so relaxed with vocals and keyboard but then this totally a w e s o m e refrain comes up.. great piano...falcetto voice... volume... power

"Jimmy Gets High" is just tops of the pops...

"Love You Lately" is so beautiful and strong...

"Free Loop"... "Lost On The Stoop"... well most of what he does is good for me
