Last Saturday consisted of 2 hours of non-stop exercises causing me to get blisters on my feet and to be really sore and stiff the next day. While doing some of the exercises, I felt extremely tired and dizzy, but I just kept getting rushes of adreneline... it was GREAT! When it came to the test, I got so nervous that I thought I forgot everything, but I didn't! I put a lot of agression had into my moves :) Then I sparred with two people (similar to boxing) and got a little carried away because of frusteration and low blood sugar. I hope they know I didn't mean to hit them that hard...

Oh yeah, I also broke a peice of wood in half... on the first try! I'm proud of myself! :teeth1:

10.00 am for those in the US Pacific Time Zone
11.00 am for those in US Mountain Time Zone
12.00 noon for those in US Central Time Zone & Mexico
1.00 pm for those in US Eastern Time Zone
2.00 pm for peeps in the Atlantic Time Zone
3.00 pm for our friends down in Buenos Aires

6.00 pm for those in the UK
