Anyone know what they are saying in the point of AHDN when John and that woman are talking? I can't understand what they are saying

(AQ=Anna Quayle, the actress in this scene.)

AQ: Hello.
J: Hello.
AQ: Oh, wait a minute, you're...
J: I'm not.
AQ: Oh, yes you are.
J: I'm not, no.
AQ: You look just like him.
J: Do I? You're the first one to say that, ever.
AQ: Yes, you do, look. (tilts light towards him.)
J: (stares in mirror) No, me eyes are lighter...and me nose...
AQ: Oh yes, your nose is very...
J: Is it? You know him better, though.
AQ: I do not. He's only a casual aquaintance.
J: That's what you say.
AQ: What have you heard?
J: It's all over the place.
(AQ smiles)
J: But I wouldn't have it, I stuck up for you.
AQ: I knew I could rely on you.
J: Thanks. (bows head)
AQ: (puts on glasses) You don't look like him at all.
J (puts on cap and goes up the stairs) She looks more like him than I do.
