I'm just curious to know if any of you has seen the movie "I wanna hold your hand" and wot you think about it.
I saw it like 4 different times, because I kept falling asleep, lmao.
For those of you who haven't seen it, its about a bunch of kids from Jersey go to NYC to see if they can see The Beatles or get a glimpse, and they sneak into the hotel and only ONE makes it into their room. Murray The K is in it. I think its an OK movie, I mean they could probably find better "Beatles" but they did a good job otherwise making it..but it can tend to be a bit boring. I'd give it...oh a C+ or a B-
Anyone?

A+!! OMG, that movie is HILARIOUS. That Rosie girl cracks me up! I've seen this movie twice, and both times I watched it I about died laughing. And the part where that girl gets into the Beatles's hotel room and touches all their stuff always makes me cry because it's just...such a cool scene! Can you imagine if that actually would've happened to you back in '64?? Oh I love that movie.

LOVE this movie! LOVE IT! I saw it in the theatres when it came out and I own the video. I know people who are like every one of the characters, I swear!
Also, think about it -- it's a fanfic! Honest to God, a fanfic with a big budget that got to be filmed! That must be another reason why I like it so much! http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/wink.gif

I loved it.My favorite part is when they were riding in the car and the girl jumped out of it to get to a payphone,to answer a trivia question. She then proceeded to throw the money at the phone instead of putting it in.I have it on VHS.
Did you guys also know that Robert Zemeckis directed it.He also directed Forrest Gump &Castaway. It was his first.Steven Speilberg was the Producer also.

My original idea for the cover of "Yesterday and Today"was better.Decapitate Paul, but he wouldn't go along with it.(John)

That was the first beatles-related movie I ever saw. It opened my curiousity for the group. So, its got a special place in my heart, if you will. Although seeing it years later, I do end up falling asleep http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif

OMG! I just finally saw it! This is the BEST movie! You just don't understand how much that one girl, the blonde one that got stuck in their room, is like me!! I'd rather be the one in the car after the show though...
I loved the whole movie, but my fave scene was the one in the Beatles room, when she was making love to Paul's guitar! http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/wink3.gif
I'd rather kiss the Rickenbacher though.... not the Hofner... or maybe the bass drum... And, I would have taken the clothes, not the glassware!

I've checked all of the nearby Blockbusters and I haven't found it. I could check other video stores but then I'd have to sign up for their rental thing.
I guess I might just see how much it would be to buy it. If it's as good as you all say it is, then it's worth owning.
