Just saw this movie and it makes me cry even thinking about the end. It also made me rethink my view on Yoko. The bit where John is dealing with the fan who's been creeping around in their garden is kinda creepy/cool. And the bit where he gets the letter (during the bed-in) predicting his assanation (wrong day) is freaky.

This is a great movie. There is a book that goes with it, you should try to pick it up if you can. Mainly pictures and quotes, great stuff.

If I could be anybody, I'd want to be either Paul McCartney or John Lennon. Because they were the ones who lit the spark in my head. When I heard The Beatles for the first time I thought "I want to be a Beatle." Now, I'm the opposite of The Beatles. -- Ozzy Osbourne

I saw it too and I thought I was a wonderful movie about John. But I was also freaked out when he got that letter that predicted an assassination attempt on him.

Just imagine how John's life would be if he had stayed in this beautiful place Tittenhurst Park?
I wonder why they sold it anyroad?

I don't think I've ever watched Imagine without crying.
Did you notice that on one of the hotel doors (during the bed-in) is the number 1208? (Dec. 8) Freaky, eh?

It's one of the greatest movies I've ever seen. I don't have a book but I have the movie. It's great from the beginning to end.

I've also got the video & book, but what about 'Gimme Some Truth'? I thought that was a brilliant documentry, with much more recording studio footage.

My friend and I always make fun of the hobo guy whom they invite to eat. I tell her it looks like everyone's having a Grand Slam Breakfast and all he got was bread and water http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif
I love the part when John fights with that Canadian cartoonist who calls him a "neanderthal fascist" That became my nickname ever since. Neanderthal Fascist http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/wink.gif
Oh yeah and that guy in Central Park "its john lennon, man, i can't believe its really you, man" LMAO!! "I love the blue album....when are the Beatles getting back togehter"
The look on Lennon's face and his reply are priceless!!
