Yes, I've seen it on Ebay a few times. It has 4 DVDs: Help, Magical Mystery Tour, Making of a Hard Day's Night & First US Visit. (No AHDN, unfortunately). I think it's called the "Beatles Ultimate DVD Collection." I'm pretty sure it's out of print though, like the other DVDs.
I wish they'd do a set of the 5 films - AHDN, Help, MMT, Yellow Sub & Let it Be. But I don't think the same company holds the rights to all the films. So I'd settle for them individually! http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/smile1.gif

Neither have I, but if you want a very detailed trivia quiz about the film where you can learn basically everything about it, read Act Naturally by Shawn Huff.

My box set is of AHDN, Help! and The Making of AHND. All of them are great. For those that haven't seen Let It Be, it's not the best movie in the world. It is more of a documentary type movie with music. You watch them in the studio creating the songs and it ends with the rooftop performance.
