You know what sucks??
I went into a store (SunCoastPictures) and I asked if they had "Aharddaysnight" and they said "no mame i'm sorry we dont" Is it out of print or something? I have a "copy" of it, but someone recorded over it, and the part thats recorded over is Paul singing "And I love her" and that is like my favorite part!!! (besides Georges "I'm just so happy just to dance with you scene, hehe)
but yea, i'm just curious if theres a place I could get it or something..because I...
WANT IT!!!! lol

Well they've lied to you i'ts not
out of print and never will be!!!!!!!!!
Its just been relesed again on video in
England again and onto DVD!!!!!!!!!
Plus they put it on at the cinema over
here, but I missed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've got a HMV store over where you
live they can order it for you.
Thats were I got all my videos from.
Failing that come to ENGLAND!!!!!!

Yup, I agree that eBay is probably the best place to get copies. That's where I got all my Beatle films from, including Let it Be!!

Be very sure, MaccaTwst, that you get a US copy...a British one won't play in the States. Different video format...they use PAL in the UK and NTSC here in the US -- VHS is the TYPE of videotape, not the FORMAT.

Just a caveat...

Good luck finding a copy.

The film is in valts in America, tell them
to go and look!!!
They should be re-releasing it out in
U.s on DVD and Video soon I would have
thought coz it's been remastered and

From what I understand AHDN has been out of print at least since 1999,as it was to be rereleased then for the 35th anniversary,then they switched and did Yellow Submarine.

I went to go see it with my folks and my mom first saw it when she was like 17, so she laughed at the parts that she laughed at when she was 17, lol

Did anyone see it in the theaters earlier this year? I went *all by my lonesome* because I couldn't get anyone to come with me! But lemme tell ya, after seeing it ON THE BIG SCREEN, it took about a week of bed rest and plenty of liquids until I was able to get back on my feet again. (exaggerated way of saying that I had a BLAST)

it played for a week in Des Moines (if you can believe that). I saw it four times alone and once with a coworker (he said he was won over [not having been a Beatles fan previously], and said he'd buy the DVD when available)

I also saw Yellow Submarine a couple years ago up in Minneapolis (made the trip from Des Moines just for the movie). Saw it three times that weekend

I'd seen each movie dozens of times before each showing in a theatre, but seeing it on the big screen is a fun experience. I feel bad for anyone who's wanted to do so but can't. A fun substitute is the showings at Beatlefest (wish they'd get a bigger screen, though)
