Is it true that will be released a new film about John and Paul or only about John?
I´ve had listen about some tests with some actors, cos they´re looking for a "perfect John".
Do you listen anything about this?

Calico, you were probably referring to the following piece of news, which first appeared back on August 1 of 2000...

LONDON (Reuters) - A hunt is on across Britain for a John Lennon lookalike to star in a new film called "In His Life - The John Lennon Story."

"We are looking for someone who can capture the essence of his humor and the essence of the man himself, but they don't have to be formally trained," said a spokeswoman for the film project.

The film, being made by British-born director David Carson, will cover six years in John Lennon's life, from the day he bought his first guitar to the Beatles' appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show in the United States.

The film, being shot in and around the Beatles' home city of Liverpool, is being made by the U.S. production company NBC and will initially be shown on U.S. television. Auditions are to be held in Liverpool and London on August 4.

Last year I saw a movie about Linda McCartney. I thought it was quite good and I forget the stars in that TV movie. It was well cast, well acted and it might make you cry. I'm just warning everybody in advance.

I liked it, but I wonder what the general consensus here is.

They've already shown that on NBC. I actual recorded it, it was very good. I also think that you could buy it from NBC cause they had an ad for it after the show.
