You Know You're Really Good Friends When...

Ok Lynner & I were talking about this because something happened today & we just laughed. We've been friends for so long that anything goes when we're together. So we came up with the idea for this thread...

What are some things you find you can do with one of your best friends that you wouldn't normally do in front of other people? You know what I mean, sometimes you just aren't afraid to tell them something or do something because you know they won't judge you for it...

Mine for today is...

I know I'm with a really good friend when I can lick chocolate off my t-shirt & they only laugh at me.:blush4:

And... when you can say really sick (black humor) things to each other and the other one knows instantly it is a joke.

And I know I am good friends with someone ...especially... when if I am down they remind me all sadness is taken away by Krishna. That is precious to me.

You can sit and chat for hours about nothing in particular!!

You can make each other laugh when things aren't going so well.

You can go away together and see and do everything you both want to see and do.

You can be honest when asked "does my bum look big in this"!

When you can have long telephone conversations about nothing.

When your two very different people, yet you love your friend for his/her differences.

When you can turn to your friend for advice, and there is a mutual understanding between the two of you of "I'm here whenever you need me, no matter how late/early it is"

When just hearing the other person's voice brightens your day.

When you invite them along to family functions because they are like family to you. Or when they know almost everyone in your family.

When you write each other long plane/trip letters for vaccations.

When "you and I have memories, longer than the road that stretches out ahead."

When silence is comfortable.

When you've cried with them/ around them.

When they've been there for you in tough times.

When you can be completely idiotic and immature with your friend.
