Have you ever wondered what a manager says to his pitcher when he visits the mound to replace him with a relief pitcher? Well here you go.

Here is the setup: Game 4, 1977 World Series, Dodgers Stadium, Yankees 2nd.

Jackson doubled to left; Piniella singled to right [Jackson scored]; Chambliss doubled to left [Piniella to third]. Yanks 1 LA 0.

Lasorda has an open mic as he goes to the mound - WARNING: Extremely foul language will be heard. Enjoy - baseball fans.

Born and raised in LA, I grew up on the Dodgers and Tom Lasorda. I've had a tape of this since I was a little kid. But it was bleeped out all over the place, so it's cool to hear the pure version now. It's also about a minute or so longer, awesome. Thanks.

I took my kids to a baseball game and when the manager went up to the mound to talk to the pitcher my oldest asked me what they were talking about and my youngest said, "maybe he went to ask where he parked the car."

GO DODGERS!

.....my youngest said, "maybe he went to ask where he parked the car."

:laugh2: :laugh2: Priceless.

Reminds me of the movie Bull Durham when they all gather to talk about purchasing wedding gifts.
