I love the whole film. I think I'll go and watch it right now! But before I do, some of my favourite scenes are:
- John sniffing the coke bottle,
- The beatles pulling faces to that posh man in the train, on the inside and on on the outside "please sir, can we have our ball back",
- The scene with John and that woman "she looks more like him than I do"
- George, in the fashion office
- Ringo's profound scene
- Paul "zap!"
- John in the bath
And lots, lots more! Byeeeeeee

My fave scene would have to be Ringo by the water... especially the part where he's trying to take his own pic, and loses the camera...

Remember when Paul says, "If you've lost him, I'll cripple ya"? Well, that caused a scream from the audience everytime I went to see the film. (18 times during the summer of '64)

My favorurite scenes are...
-The posh man in the carrage, and John saying to him, 'Give us a kiss.'
-Paul saying, 'If you've lost him, I'll cripple ya!'
-The constant reminders that Pauls grandad was very clean.
-John with the scissors saying, 'I know decalre this bridge open.' That voice was just hilarious.
-The bad miming.
Of course, all of it was brilliant, so I'm gonna watch it again tonight.

The 'Ringo's Theme' scene, (where Ringo has explained that he looked do miserable because he had a terrible hangover, and couldnt act! he was nearly nominated for an Oscar for that scene, hilarious!)
John & friend: 'you don't look a bit like him really.....' Classic!

I love all of John's scenes. He was so funny. When he's like "she's going to show me her stamp collection" and he says "the names betty" and "say! he's reading the Queen. It's an in-joke you know" I think the best part (when I first saw it I laughed out loud and it was 3 am when I was watching it) is when they are running from the police and they run into the station and John's like trying to catch his breath and the cop says are you alright now? and John looks at the others and shakes his head yeah and runs off again!

I like George in the fashion office,
John in the bathtub,
aerial shot of them running back and forth on the field,
ringo and george on the train looking in a compartment and the girl winks at them.

My favorite parts:
1. Paul's "clean" grandfather
2. John with the Coke bottle
3. Ringo laying his overcoat down for the woman to walk on
4. The guy trying to steal the car
5. The card game on the train
And most of all...
6. "You're a swine."

Can't Buy Me Love(the field scene).
Did You Know---that the song for that scene was to have been I'll Cry Instead?

I love the Liverpudlian card shuffle. That small scene would win every film award if I was running it.
John was the best actor in the film. He acted the silliest which made his scenes the best.
Paul was made out to be a bit of a ruffian.
George (I think) was made out to be the intellectual one,
And Ringo was made out to be the rejected Beatle which nobody loved. Perhaps it was this that made him the most popular Beatle?

A Hard Days Night could be the best musical/documentary film of all time.
It's sort of a documentary with fiction. Brilliant!!!!!

AHDN has to be their best film. It's so fresh, original and funny 30 years after first being filmed! It takes one hell of a film to be able to do that.

I read today about a re-edited version of AHDN coming out this year. When will it ever stop? Out-takes are interesting, but there's usually a reason it was done originally. As John replied when asked if some of the best work was on the cutting room floor, " No, the best work is in the movie!"

I love the movie too, my fav. part is john in the bath, and he has the little submarine toys and he splashes water all over the bath room while george is showing shake how to shave with a safety razor.
another part i like is when paul and john are looking for paul's grandad and john goes in to the compartment with all the school girls and john says "betcha can't guess what i was in for"and he does that little laugh.
the whole movie is great and i recommend it to any beatle fan. bye!
