George Harrison/Leonard Nimoy resemblance!

Has anyone else ever looked at a photo of George from around 1964/65 and thought he looked just a little uncannily like Leonard Nimoy? :cross2: Just struck me a little while ago. I'd post comparison pics if I could.

Not that I was making fun of George or anything. I don't think they looked alike in the face, just in the combination of the hairstyle and those serious expressions George had sometimes.

But yeah, George was definitely a much better looking man!

The Spockster did not have George's glorious wavy hair, but he did sport a cute Beatle coiff, sort of more the early Lennon Look...in all truth, I never thought this Spock character looked a thing like any Beatle.

Maybe the dark eyes had something to it.

I think my cousin looks exactly like George but his hair is a little lighter. I envy him. I could look like George from a certain angle if I wear a certain shirt.

One of my favorite jokes used to be to say that George was to do the music for one of the Star Trek movies, ''Sitar Trek'' !

Nimoy don't look like no George Harrison!

I will admit that I like the hair, though. Mr. Nimoy did not have the wavy hair that our beloved George had.

A serious facial expression does not make for physical resemblance. I still don't think Mr. Nimoy looks a darn thing like George.

... well... if The Beatles had ever done a Star Trek parody, then, yes, I would see George doing Spock...

... conversly, say Kirk and his crew went back to the 1960's and had to pass themselves of as the Beatles, I could see Kirk not hesitating, in ordering that Spock be ''George''
