I think i found it on the Beatles photo blog.. It's from the 1966 world tour. And there where even more shots of Paul with that asian (?) girl!

I think it's a sheepskin coat.
We use to have a rug like that chilling on the couch. Poor animal.

I don't think there are many pics of her. Since there are so few pics of her, it's hard to make a fair assessment, but I think Paul favors his dad.
