Besides Beatles/solo stuff...

"New" - No Doubt. I don't know why exactly but I absolutely love this song. The video is awesome too.

"No Way Back" - Foo Fighters. I didn't like it at first but now I love it.

"Remedy" - Suzie McNeil. Awesome live version of a song I don't really care for the original version of.

There are more but those are the first three that came to mind.
