I have a January 4-18, 1962 edition of Merseyside's Own Entertainments Paper, Mersey Beat. This edition was dedicated to the memory of Stuart Sutcliffe, Brian Epstein, and Rory Storm. There are 96 pages of unbelievable memoriablia such as, original writings by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, articles on Pete Best, an early history of the Beatles as told by Paul McCartney, early childhood pictures of Ringo and George, Liverpool newspaper clippings....it is chocked full of never before seen memorabilia on the fab four! The pages are a little yellowed from time, but other than that, it is in excellent condition! Can anyone tell me how I can go about finding out the worth of this magazine?

As it's dedicated to the memories of Stu, Rory and Brian I very much doubt that this is an original release - all three individuals died after Jan 18th, 1962. (Stu died April 10th, 1962, Rory died in 1965 and Brian died in 1967).

It's more probable that this is a reprint or a souviner copy that may have been given away with a later edition of Mersey Beat, or another local Liverpool paper.

Value-wise I don't think it could be that much, but without seeing it personally I couldn't put an accurate value on it. From what you've told me I'd probably put a price of around £15-£20 ($25-$30) on it.
