Very impressive for a country of only 19 million people. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/cool2.gif

I haven`t yet begun with my website, Nowhere Man, I guess I won`t start before October.
Impressive it is, Mindgames, almost 13 million albums certified from a country of 19 million. And these certifications only represent a minimum of sales because some albums have not reached the next certification level, although being very close to it (for example: selling 290,000 copies will only get a 200,000 sales award).

Let me know if you ever compile a list of sales from Australia. I'd be interested in seeing the comparison as we have a similar population to Canada's (ours being about 18 million).

If I could get access to the Australian counterpart to the "Recording Industry Association of America" (RIAA) or the "Canadian Recording Industry Association" (CRIA), then I`d be working on such a list, but I heard ARIA ("Australian Recording Industry Association") is very strict on using any of the data.
I`d love to see something like that.

Wolf, I have seen that list from when you posted it before, but thank you for putting it up once again, I'll print it out this time for sure. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif It's quite incredible to think that during '64 the Beatles held the top position in the charts here for 31 weeks of the year, holding 7 of the top 10 positions including the first five. Pretty amazing. http://www.beatlelinks.net/ubb/smilies/cool2.gif
