In case you don't already know them, here are the original lyrics to Get Back which had a slightly racist twist on them. Words in italics are spelt phoenetically.

No Pakistanis (Get Back)
------------------------

Spoken b4 song - "Who what that black man? Don't dig no Pakistanis, taking all the peoples jobs."

Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.
Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.

Ronan Relimun, was a Puatarican, working in another world.
Want it thrown around, Se patiha mohican, livin' in the USA.

Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.
Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.

(Instrumental)

Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.
Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.

Pretty Ado Lamb, was a pakistani, living in another world,
Want it thrown around, don't dig no pakistanis, taking all the people jobs.

So get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.
Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged.

(Instrumental)

Get back, get back, get back, get back.
Get back, get back, get back, get back.

Get back!
Yeah,
get back!
Yeah!
Yeah!
Get back!

I've got that on an old Beatle bootleg somewhere. I think it's on "The black album", which seems to have a lot of Let it Be outtakes.

i've never been quite sure about all that pakistani bit. what was the historial context? paul references that they were taking people's jobs...but immigration hardly sounds like something paul would be against. wait--i just defended paul mccartney. i have never done that in my life. whoa...deep breath.

i hadn't realized that get back had those lyrics at one point--i thot the pakistani stuff was only on "no pakistanis"

This is not here.

Just thought I'd bring this topic back to life by asking if anyone has heard the song "Negro In Reserve" (also known as "Hole In My Heart") that was done by Paul during the Get Back sessions? It's on the Artifacts II set... a very short and quite humorous piece, but really, you gotta wonder just what on earth he was thinking when he sang this one as it certainly wasn't socially correct by any stretch of the imagination.
